Head of Chambers is Ms. Benedicta P T Samuels. Ms. Samuels has been in practice since 1996. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) and a Master of Laws Degree (Legislative Drafting) from the University of the West Indies. She was admitted to practice first in the British Virgin Islands after pursuing a Certificate in Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica. Her post-qualification achievements include a Certificate in E-Commerce Law and Regulation.  She is a certified Mediator, having qualified through  Windsor University, Canada.  She has read courses in Securitisations and Credit Derivatives in India and in Hedge Funds Administration.   She is a member of the Bar Associations of the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, and St Kitts/Nevis. She is a member of the International Bar Association, and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.
