The law office is affiliated with the Company of First Regional Consulting Company Limited.  First Regional is a branch of First Regional Corporation established in Trinidad & Tobago, itself a correspondent firm of Grant Thornton International.  It is staffed by  highly trained bankers, management consultants and financial advisers.  First Regional  provides a wide range of management consulting, accounting,  auditing, and debt collecting services . 

Head of Chambers is Ms. Benedicta P T Samuels.  Ms. Samuels has been  in practice since 1996. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) and  a Master of Laws Degree (Legislative Drafting) from the University of the West Indies.  She was admitted to practice  first in the British Virgin Islands after pursuing a Certificate in Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica.    Her post-qualification achievements  include a Certificate in E-Commerce Law and Regulation.   She is a member of the  Bar Associations of the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, and St Kitts/Nevis.   She is a member of the International Bar Association, and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  She is a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.
